Reviewee delay notice
When rater coverage for a reviewee falls below threshold within N days of close, post a heads-up to that reviewee.
Known-issue auto-pin
Pinned bulletin auto-applies to every live cohort touching the affected diagnostic until resolved.
Personalised L&D Journey
Priority needs from these diagnostics feed a personalised journey per participant, matched content, AI coach/tutor/co-agent and a workplace application plan. Learners co-author their journey; sponsor sees aggregate themes and capability shift.
