Rater submission deadline extended to 24 Mar
Following feedback from several reviewees, we've added 7 days to the rater submission window. The new close date is 24 Mar at 17:00 GMT. No action needed if you've already submitted.
Some Safari users see a blank rater form
We've identified an issue affecting Safari 16.4 on macOS where the rater form renders blank on first load. Refreshing the page resolves it. A fix is rolling out within 48h, no need to raise a ticket.
Your report may be delayed | rater coverage below threshold
Two of your nominated raters haven't submitted yet. We'll keep the window open as long as possible and let you know if we need to reach out for replacements. No action needed from you right now.

Once a report is ready, ask the coach to summarise it as a one-page brief you can share with your manager.
Smart bulletin rules
Triggered bulletins author themselves on your behalf when the conditions hit.
T-N days before deadline
Publish a submission reminder to participants who haven't submitted, N days before the window closes.
Reviewee delay notice
When rater coverage for a reviewee falls below threshold within N days of close, post a heads-up to that reviewee.
Known-issue auto-pin
Pinned bulletin auto-applies to every live cohort touching the affected diagnostic until resolved.
Personalised L&D Journey
Priority needs from these diagnostics feed a personalised journey per participant, matched content, AI coach/tutor/co-agent and a workplace application plan. Learners co-author their journey; sponsor sees aggregate themes and capability shift.
